“After a dreadful year of disappointments and cutbacks, Valerie Taloni facilitated the Best Year Yet® program for my team of external salespeople. Morale was down, people were dwelling on what used to be, and production results were suffering. Valerie helped the team move beyond the disappointments of the past and take a hard look at what was needed for success in the future. The plan we devised has become the foundation from which the team works. Since the kick-off of this program, morale is up, people are focused on success, and the results show it!Best Year Yet!® was the best investment I could have made for our team's future."

The Best Year Yet Team Program is a 12-month program and includes the following components:
Here are just three examples of the results our client teams have achieved with the Best Year Yet planning and execution program:
1. The Situation: When performance fell to 64% of the annual projection, outsourcing threatened 3,000 jobs in the IT division of a major bank.
Results: At the end of 12 months, performance had risen to over 100% achievement of each of the team's targets - with minimal outsourcing.
2. The Situation: A sales team's morale was at an all-time low and the region was spiraling downward, acheiving only 60% of its sales goal.
Results: Best Year Yet was implemented each year for five years. Staff satisfaction increased from 41% in the first year to 92% in the second year. And, the team became the first to deliver 100% performance and break even against cost. Within the next two years, they rose to become the top region in the country and added $7 million to the bottom line.
3. The Situation: A manufacturing plant was losing over $1 million per month and the worker absentee rate was 25%.
Results: Within two months the absentee rate fell to 5% and by the third month it was down to 3% where it stayed. A turnaround was achieved and the GM's personal target of $1 million in profit was reached.
